My journey with chiropractic began at birth. After a forceps-assisted delivery, I developed congenital torticollis, causing my head to tilt to one side. My parents turned to chiropractic care, and through consistent treatment, my condition improved. As I grew up, I didn’t just recover, I grew healthier and stronger. Experiencing the impact of chiropractic care so early in life shaped who I am today and sparked a deep passion for helping others heal and thrive. That early experience ultimately guided my path into chiropractic and continues to inspire the way I care for my patients.
I'm originally from San Diego, California, and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitative Science from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa before attending Life West Chiropractic College. I am deeply committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care and supporting individuals and families in achieving long-term wellness. Outside of the office, you can usually find me spending time with friends and family, baking something sweet, playing pickleball, or crafting in my downtime.
